Dear All,

We notice that the latency issue is worse than before from some locations, after checking the network performance, we modified and upgraded the access point of Taiwan, Singapore, and Austraila, hope that it help players who connect to these access point will have a better game experience.

We will monitor the status from time to time.

good luck with that ive been waiting over 5 months tickets havent even been looked at....

Im not sure if latency got a little worse for me after the change, im from eu though so should expect as much :D I get about a 1 second delay now not sure if it was a lot lower before

edit: been getting more disconnects/desync's this week compared to last week i think, weird freezes also that i never had before.

Can you check latency issues in North America as well? I'm having 2-3 second delays from when I click or fire. Even moving ships in battleroom has a long delay. I don't think it's on my end considering other games I play are pretty stable.

We are paying for a pretty expensive cross ocean high speed cable to ensure that from US to Asia speed is satisfying. We will review and analysis from time to time. And first make sure your side have no problem, e.g. using Lan cable instead of wifi, no one is stealing your wifi, ping your speed to google.com to check if your latency is stable , your firewall is not blocking etc. Thanks.
