Hello,

I saw Techdome is having the same issues, but why is there LITERALLY ZERO customer service. I have purchased KPcoins and when I did not recieve them I opened a dispute with paypal. Paypal customer service confirms that they recieved the money, but haven't provided the goods. I was assured by Vinnson that once the dispute was closed and the funds were not "held" by paypal that my transaction would process and I would receive my KPcoins. 

This has been 8 days now so far, and it's really sad. I haven't recieved a reply via email or a ticket response on this website for 3 days now. I understand volume may backload tickets, but not for this length of this time. 

UPDATE: I have seen the post about the paypal issues. This could very well be my fault. But what isn't my fault is failure to communicate. Paypal confirms that my payment was paid, but I have sat here for 4 days waiting for a response, and to no avail. I get there are many problems, but something is seemingly minor should be an easy fix. 

UPDATE: Vinnson addressed the problem with me promptly after I updated my support ticket. Thank you!

UPDATE #2: I purchased the 233 kpcoins the other day and it was perfectly fine. I just tried to buy 68 kpcoins and it is still doing this problem. THIS IS SUCH A STUPID PROBLEM TO HAVE!!!!!!!!

Vinnson promptly responded to my ticket after I updated it. Thank you for getting it taken care of. Hopefully it is the same for the rest.

UPDATE: THIS IS SUCH A STUPID PROBLEM TO HAVE. IT SEEMS AS IF IT IS ONLY HAPPENING ON THE 68 KPcoin PURCHASE. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED, RIDICULOUS

since 3/19 i have awaited 68 KP coins.  hong kong says paypal has my money on hold.  this would be a first in 15 years!  hong kong has not answered the DISPUTE i filed with PAYPAL.  this negates paypal's investigation.  vinnsonn in all his wisdom said 'cancel the process with paypal to get the problem resolved'. right...

my money has been out of my bank account since 3/19. now i do not trust paypal OR MWI(hong kong).  and i trust the other pay choices on kupai site even less as 2 choices i can't read (magically, the page will not translate)and the other i never heard of. 

i tried another purchase...same problem, but this was resolved in less than a day.

UPDATE 3/30-paypal refunded the purchase amount in question.

Hello,

As I mentioned in the sticky thread, some of the transactions were on hold by PayPal for unknown reason, we are getting in touch with them to get to know the reason. Normally when PayPal received your money, they will send a feedback code to our system showing that you paid successfully. But now PayPal sometimes failed to do so, therefore our system shows that your charge is still awaiting for payment. This only seems to happen started from March. It maybe PayPal problem, your bank problem or our system problem. We are still looking into it and getting more information from PayPal. PayPal provided us a "Get Fund" button after we clicked it, and it takes 3-7 days for the fund being transferred to us. So before our system receive the fund, it will not be able to deliver the KPcoin. If you are under the same situation, please be patient, the coins will be there eventually. 

I apologize once again for such inconvenience and problem should be fixed very soon as our engineers is checking this with PayPal. Thank you for your support. For more updated information please check out the sticky.
