wow now thats a name i havent seen in awhile, but no. i have logged on a few times a year to keep my acc up from about 2016, played a few games. but more recently i got on and it took me to come forum that i had to translate lmao long story short i have logged on under austin97, through launching the game through steam, and it had me select a regon clostest to me. (iowa) should i re download the og game and not run through steam? 

update, just read the fine print what i am selecting is just and access point.also, why can i not talk in game??? no pms will work or in game chat lol
