I purchased a month of premium try numerous times to convert experts to vets and does not do it at all why is this.

And all Weekends are 300% boost

Most people wait for events to convert (weekend has a small boost, but events are generally better)

Also the more vets you have, the harder it gets to convert new ones on that sailor.
