  • planesman cap?

As I understand it, the planesman reduced the time to "recharge" your air supply on a SS. In other words, when you are forced to surface, if you have a great planesman, you won't have to wait as long to get a full air tank vs a bad planesman.

 

1. Is that true above?

2. Is there a "cap" as to the maximum speed to recharge air supply? How can this be measured?

1.yes,the effect is obvious.

2.The cap is about 4800k true ability tested by myself.(The accuracy value is 4740k to 4770k.Recharge speed cap is 1:4.5sec(surface/under water)(For exampl, ss5 have about 210sec, recharge air take 210/4.5=>46.66=47sec)
