Patch details on 05-12-2019

1. Fix no fuel bug on aircraft
2. Fix Torpdeo Bomber lock on bug when using Expand Sound setting
3. Fix disconnection after HA battle room
4. Adjust experience/credits/points gain, experts gain, and crew death rate on WaW/Allies Vs Axis game mode same as Great Battle Room
