Patch details on 18-12-2019
1. Change game version to veteran version, series 6/6.5 ships can join Great Battle Room.
2. BB/BC ships type can join Blitzkrieg game mode, sailors and ships class remain the same level 61 restriction.
3. Fix some message bug on game client.
4. Increase client stability
