In game theres a vet conversion boost event anounced. I've also heared it happens on regular basis on weekends. However, as a new player i didnt find any infos about it. So what is the conversion rate on those weekend boost events? I don't think it's 350/400% like it was christmas?

Not sure the rate, but going from 0-20 vets to 70-80 vets across the board for 10 sailors, only costed me on average 100 experts per sailor. I'd say something like 40-50% success rate
