This happens to me all the time, also a few of my friends... For us, what is happening is that the game randomly places HH ammo in your R slotted guns... OR even sometimes it places BB guns (14" or 16") on my T slots... Finally sometimems the scouts/torpedo bomberse bombs become EXTREMELY heavy...
So essentially you have the wrong ammo for some weapons (R/T/aircraft). When you start the game, the game checks your weapons, sees you're weapons have wrong ammo (too heavy or not enough space or whatever)... and disconnects you.
Also something I've noticed with this bug... my escort will self-dismiss... so basically when i get in a room that allows escorts, if I don't have one (or its my secondary instead of my primary) I know to go check my ammo before i continue playing.
