It is hard to understand the Ultra fleet. Their willingness to win a harbor that way is beyond my understanding. To the Ultra leadership, think about if another fleet attacks your harbor and sends their APA out of north/south border and then across the tile by staying out of bound to win tiles in 10-15 minutes to get to your harbor in 45 minutes. Then, they take your harbor with another exploit when you are winning with 20 bb, 4 cv, 4 ss vs. their 14 bb in HT. . . .
I hope you enjoy how you won your E2 and E4 tiles and then HT. I remember the posts by atofanei last year on how proud your fleet were when your fleet beat other fleets fairly. I also remember your post on complaining other teams using cheats. Where is that pride now? You had full room of ships and could win fairly by trying again, but someone in your fleet decided to use the APA exploits, and your leaders are not stopping them?
Edit: correction to explain your APA exploit = sending APA to north or south and then out of the border, when the APA disappers in the map (out of bound), sending APA from east to west, and when the APA reaches the other side = automatic win.
