I am  fals3c0d3 from missouri NA server before... thanks  to the GM that recover my account but can i ask where can i get the gift? inside the game,

What gift? There is the server compensation gift which is in the item store on the website for 0 gold, other than that if they recovered your account I don't think you would have any other gift.

Returning player event right now offers 6 level 120 sailors if you a GM can prove you had an account etc.

Right, if your account couldn't be recovered. If your account can be recovered, then your gift is getting your account back.
