Please help me, what am I doing wrong ??? after each battle I get 6-15 experts from beginners (the maximum was 1 time 19 experts) but no more! I play on the air defense ship Moltke and get 5000 credit points for shot down planes every battle ... please help

I heard the expert conversion rate for AA was dropped a few years ago.

not few years but a few months ago.

To AA and earn tons of experts that age was gone. You have to buy it instead.
