I've followed the instructions to reactivate this account in-game and when I followed the links and entered my info, I received the error message that the account was already activated. However, when I try to log in in-game, I get the message "ID not matched." I'm still able to log in to the website with the same information, but when I start the game I get the error. Again, when I try to activate the account on that Chinese website, it just tells me that the account is activated already. Any suggestions on where to go from here?
