Client version, does not update. HELP !!!

TOCOO	Client version, does not update. 1- I uninstalled the game. 2- I installed it again. 3- I turned off anti virus. 4- I installed it in the pack manually. Not updated. I will not use Steam. I always used the program on windows. I can't get into the game and I'm losing my premium account. Please help me.

acfacf47	DESDE LAS 4 AM HORA PERU YO REINSTALE NUEVAMENTE TODO DESCARGUE 6 VECES EL PARCHE ENTRE TODO EL DIA SOLO A LAS 11 AM PUDE ENTRAR UNAS 2 HORAS ME FUI A LAVAR MI ROPA VOLVI PARA ENTRAR NO PODIA ENTRAR HASTA AORITA QUE YA SON LAS 11 PM AYUDENME UN NUEVO PARCHE ANTERIOR CUANDO SE PODIA ENTRAR POR FAVOR
