oh, i think i understand your question now. were you trying to enter the training mission with your battle ship - super yamato? you can only bring it into one particular mission. and that is only for you to experience how using a BB will be like :)
you won't be able to enter any other training mission with the super yamato

trainworld is the database, where you will find much of the information about sailors, level and other operational information about NavyField.
I would suggest you read first www.nf-guides.com, which is quite an helpful ressource for new players, and will give you a good summary of the game and give you a good start in it.
Before making a crew, I would also suggest you read on the national subforum about what you are going to need to operate your BB/CV.
You also need to make the choice at start if you are going BB/CV/SS.
