what about if a new items created for sailors that 27-30 levels below the ship level, allows him to get normal good experience, plus additional 50% experience last for days, and you can only stack 1 at the time. You can put 1per sailor.

Humberto was mistaken about specific numbers for relative level and experience. I posted correct info and linked to the full chart. Then you had to come in and act like we were too stupid to think of using a lower level ship?

CLEARLY, it was an ignorant oversight on my part. It was certainly not a case of me assuming Humberto didn't need to be told to use a lower level ship if his sailors were too low for the higher level ship.

You rotate your sailors when you level. If you don't well, learn to do it, no ships will take the full extent of your crew before BB6/CV6 (and when they are released) SS6 (hopefully after an SS/ASW balance patch)
