If its regular, then the 10k a game is crap, but I find it hard to think regular setup could fail that hard.
I was a noob when I got iowa, with crap crew as it was my first BB line, 35 knot of OH, but I was still getting 100k often.
SS of the spread could help tough.
SS of the gunners.
SS of the FCS used. (which allows to check the guns at the same time)
If your iowa is set correctly, and the shotgun is really the at level useable spread Richard think, then I heavily suggest you give my BB guide a read, it could probably help you get more than 10k.
On that line of tought, how many of those excellent engys/rep do you have?
