Spent days trying to get into game but SDE were unable or unwilling to do anything. But 1 person has & has fixed the problem " Phrozen"
I like to Thank him very much for the time he has spent helping many others including myself to get back into the game.  If you too have the

While it is awesome what he has done, its a diagnostic tool not a fix. He says this himself. The solution is the same as always;

Uninstall and reload/make your files the same as a working copy.

It is just an automated way of doing it which SDE really should support officially.

1
