Auto FCS is an automatic 20% drop in exp and, until they decide to change it, Torps go to shared exp and not personal exp... so yeah, that setup is asking for the low possible exp.

try using finder fcs or manual fcs

i always get 18k-25k as tbw, no prem

Torp Exp got accidentally nerfed and needs to be buffed :/
