take this into perception HH have 5 barrel launchers and do very nice dmg per shell and PHH have 7 barrels and do awesome dmg per shell hence why you might die from 1 shot of HH then 10 from 5in gun its the Dmg ratio of the shells combined with the amount of shells fired if more shells hit you with high dmg rate then you die faster then if hit with shells from smaller salvos with same dmg rate also HH act in a dual purpose since they are shot like guns and not torps they hit deck, belt and bulge thats 3 different areas being hit at 1 time and they are rated as torpedo attk dmg not gun dmg there not OP just used for wrong purpose since they were meant as ASW and not Anti-Ship i hope this give ppl a better understanding off the Weapon

IMO, the HH right now are not enough overpowered. The PHH on my moltke just do somewhere 85k+ damage.

That may sound great, more players will start picking up this ideas and move on. The hard parts is when events is over, wont be any free HHs. Now im not sure if you can buy them with credits if you have premium account, noticed you can purchase them. If this become popular and effective, they (SDNet+NF Store) can make extra profits from this.
