Who wants this in the game?
Officers are hard/expensive to get and eay to lose. Only bebficiary is SDE and I would imagine most players are against it.

i lose recruits every game and officers-experts about once every 3-5 games

Although its a pain, the best way to counter crew death(especially officers) just disconnect your client before you leave the battle room.
