Would rec if I could. Kinda strange hearing a German or Japanese sailor speak english, especially without an accent.

I have been using these for months now. It is said to have been ripped from the Japanese NF servers (maybe before they started filtering IPs??).
HOWEVER this sound will play for ALL NATIONS' pilots. I'm not aware of any programming for individual nations' voices. So perhaps use this if you mainly play IJN, or like Anime, pr whatever. These downloadable pilot voices are actually female, because apparently that's how it is on the JPN server. That's cool with me though, xD.
This isn't the 1-fits-all answer to your request, sadly, as like I said it doesn't work just for IJN, and I'm not sure of other voice packs. But you can request it here for the Navyfield Graphics Project. Some folks there helped me get this pack so there must be more out there.
