I won a Resolution on the event, but to my surprise when a sent a ticket asking to change that EBB for another from other nation I got an answer saying that  EBB cannot be traded... so what's the point of the price if you cannot use it? If you dont have UK crew or your crew is way higher than the lvl of the ship you won... what's the point? It's so hard for SDE to make things like itt supposed to be? We are players and some are customers to and those events are made to encorage us to keep playing on a game that every time  is patched have  plenty of players unable to play, where HA's are made when half of the fleet members cannot defend becouse they cannot connect due to Data  has been corrupted error, when you realice you won ONE smoke bomb on the event  after checking on the Premium item's... Please... grow some skills on customer care. Otherwhise  you will have to take more radical meassures than just merging 2 servers on one due to lack of players....
Unfortunately it is you who scare us away from Navyfield with these attitudes. I,  like many others enjoy playing this game and would like to continue doing so ... I hope you also want to keep doing so ... take care of us and change. In that way , watching for your custumers interests is a much more effective and it's in fact the best way to watch for your interests too.
