at level 30, the trade req go down from 150k creds/points to 50k.
You need both account meeting that requirement, and know that you need that at all time on your account.
(ex, you have 90k creds on a lvl 30 account, you can transfer 40k)
As far as the procedure goes, you log each account on their own comp, go in trade area and trade as you'd normally do. There is a small tax fee you'll pay, for each sailors, thats all. Trading account gives pack 1 point or cred to get the crew.
