ok guys,

i know there are like a 1000 of these topics.
but those are out dated. the thing is, wich one is better/more fun to play with.
i really have no idea but the nelly got 3/420 gun space and the hood 4/488 wich is alot more fire power
but the huge "hitbox" of the hood is the big downside. oh jeah, and its a bit slower than the nelson.

so what should i do!

i would really like your opinions in this topic!

Nelson is nice, since it is the only ship that I can fit AA,HH and main guns all at the same time, but not having scouts seem to bother me a lot.

Nelson is a tough ship, is can be armored or speed whore, with 14" you have ability to block shot anyone, you could put on also 16" for more damag

Hood is a freaking huge cruiser with huge hitbox, it got fair speed, its main guns are 15" mk III but most player uses 16"

Most answers here are suggesting Nelson based on the wrong guns, and comparing to Hood with the wrong guns.

I prefer Hood, but I've not played it extensively since it's become a BB3. When it was a speedy BB2, it was great.

Hood was way better when it was a BB2. It didn't gain any more range or more damage in the BB34 patch, all it got was a little more DP and better reload. On the downside, it lost 2 to 3 knots OH speed and half its scouts. For GBs, Nelson is way better. And even in BB3 rooms, armoured Nelson with 15" MK3 is more purposeful than Hood.
