What happened to Great Battle II?

When I came back to NF there was just GB I and Blitz, so I started asking why is nobody playing in GB II anymore?
So I am asking for a clear answer here. That's all Thx :">

What basically happened is they increased the amount of capital ships in GB1.
This made people interested in trying it, and since it gives you a very decent amount of exp for your effort whether you win or loose... people kept playing it.

GB1 was always better for exp gain than GB2. Games are faster and if you win or loose it makes little difference to your exp. The only point in favor of GB2 was the win bonus and the illusion of greater exp gain it created.

As masc24 said... common sense happened and people finally realized where they had better chances of getting exp.

HOWEVER, in this few days and for the following weeks, there is an event going on which increases the exp gain in a different room each day. So you will see the selected room for the day being played most. And when the exp is not good enough in that room for most players (as it happens with blitz for example), you will see people turning to the second best choice, GB1.

So, in summary, the people play GBI to gain more experience ONLY !!!!!
and I thought that the purpose of the game was to beat the opponent, perhaps with some good tactical team .... Ok, now I understand .... A tip I give it the same: to increase the playing time of at least 5 minutes?? So what time the games end by the expiry of the time (about 30-35%) at least end up destroying all the ships (and the game would be a little more seriously .....). If anyone wanted to also use a bit of tactics, as I said before, then you could go back and play a few games in GBII .....

Some people play for tactics, others play for fun, but most people play for exp... they have proven it time and time again.

Most games where only tactics are involved, are the fleet events where no exp is involved: Fleet League, HA, Tournaments.
Most fleets care about tactics and some of them will practice few times a week to make their tactics work in those events. In regular gameplay however, you will find that most people just care about the exp they get... its a sad truth.
