Hello,

I've reached level 42 and , so far, I find the game pretty amazing. I've played it before, few years ago, and I decided to return. I wanted to ask one thing though. Is there some kind of league, where  fleets  fight against themselves ? On the site, every fleet has  ratio 0:0 and there's almoast no info about  wars. As far as I remember, there was some kind of  port  attacking  & defending and that kind of  stuff. Is it dead atm ? Or is something still going on in this field ?
