This is a spreadsheet that is designed for KM BB users.  With this, you can easily calculate the true ability of your entire crew.  It also has a function where you can compare your crew to basically any combination of Elite reps/engis. 

A few things:
-You only need to make changes in the yellow/light yellow shaded cells on the "Entry" page.
-There is no option for a restorer
-There are 14 sailor slots, if you are making a sheet for an H44, then leave the last support slot on the page empty...if the sheet is for an H39, then leave the last 2 support slots blank.
-Changing the name of a sailor in column B changes how the stats are calculated!  For example, Row 5 by default is for AAW gunners.  However, if you change cell B5 to "Repairer" - then it calculates a repairer in your T slot.  I've added notes to help.
-This sheet assumes that all sailors are boosted (for now)
-It is very important to enter the correct numbers related to when your sailors were classed.  If the number of recruits/vets/experts does not agree with the maximum number of sailors - then there is a problem (either with the sheet or your entries)

Try it out, if you find something that is broken; send me a PM and I'll fix it for the next version.  This is a really early version and there are bound to be problems

Edit - New link available via megaupload.  Downloading from this source should ensure that the restrictions/drop down boxes remain intact.  Google docs has some limitations that can't be worked around.

2 300 000 is reload the cap for which guns?
Not every guns has 2 300 000 as reload. Some will have 2,5mil some 2,6mil and something.

Acc cap is no longer in the 1 500 000

Rename AAW to Rapid Fire, AAW class is machine gunner and deactivated and you never know some innocent people will look wth is aaw.

Since it is a beta version, if you aim for newbie people, make it friendly user. Because all the technichal information mean jacksquat to them, therefore, hiding will help them.
Unless this is design for the geek.

some of this is quite cool and I look forward to using the final version

That being said
-there are quite a few bugs (specifically in the overview)
-instead of typing things in let us pull crew type from a drop down menu
-fill in the gaps (there are some things that are currently just blank)
-lastly fix your caps, unfortunately I don't know what they are anymore but richardphat should be able to help with that

Ok, so here's the problem. I have drop-down menus and lots of restrictions so that its impossible to make a bad entry in certain cells....but when I upload to google docs it removes all that stuff. It also unhides everything that I have hidden.

Or something could be easier, a sheet full of data like the 3rd or 4th, and the main on the first page.

That will definitely help.

Updated.

-All stat breakdowns can now be found on the "Stats" page.
-added new link
-Added lists for ACC and RLD caps relative to guns. Highly incomplete atm. If anyone has the updated formulas, or accurate estimates; please post or PM
-Need help with estimations of TA needed for certain speed caps.
-The suggested BO potential relative to the GUNS is user specific. Help completing this list would be appreciated.
