Is there a way to block unwanted in game messages? If not, making that an option would be a great improvement to the quality of the game.

F3 does part of the job . . . or there was once a tool that could completely ignore chat from certain people. It always made me crash, though, and I'm not sure if it made it over to the new forums.

that tool mainly had the advantage to figure that behind those unwanted message there often also were unwanted people.

Why keep cutting the annoying branch of a tree when you can uproot it?

I would love a built in supported ignore player function. I would also love a function that you can have a player preferred/avoidance list for the autobalance split; Obviously it won't work every time, but will split/put you together if possible.

That would be fantastic. I think that my only dislike of the current system (besides the unwanted messages) is that I like playing with fleetmates and don't want to be around some of the current complainers.

"I would also love a function that you can have a player preferred/avoidance list for the autobalance split;"

this would make NF fun again. guaranteeing being on the same time (like WoT platoons) would be even better.
