  • Why my Yamato is so slow

I recently just got a Yammy and im currently at 21 knots with max speed of 29 knots. i have the IJN BB Engine 5
 which gives out 165k hp and im still going really slow.I see other ppl with yamato's going max 39 knots. Currently i have
2.6 Deck, 1.5 Belt, 30 Bulge, and 20 bulk.

Can Anyone help me out?

0.2 Belt and bulge till you lose a knot of speed...

you already answered why your yammy is so slow.

IJN armor is made of paper so don't bother putting deck

like iced said, .2 belt and bulge until lose 1 knt then reduce bulge by 1 to regain that 1 knt

I'll be honest with you but that is fail.

No deck, no bulk, 0.2 or 0.4 belt is enough.

Engie wise, you probably should probably have at least 4.
