I know there has to be some sort of equality reason for the IJN subs being UBER slow. Anyone know why? and could it be possible at all to give them a bit of a speed boost? i know theyr torps are strong and got range but, i dont ever see that making up for their lack of speed...

having both speed and torp will make ijn ss 1 and 2, op to other ss1 and 2

EVERY ss1 and 2 is slow as it can not fit support crews

Not necessarily true. The KM SS2 has the same supports as the ss4. Not sure about the rest, KM and IJN are all i have atm and i dont remember IJNs.
