The minimum duration for Sleeping Status is 10 days and once you have awakened your account, you cannot request Sleeping Status again for 30 days. Sleeping Status cannot be released by contacting the support team.
The Account Sleep function is provided as a method to place a Premium account on hold for any duration indicated. While in Sleeping Status your Premium subscription will not run out. However, you cannot access the game once your account has been set to sleep. In addition, the minimum duration for Sleeping Status is 20 days.
