It would be helpful if you could state exactly what the problem is.

Was it file corruption? or was it missing file problem??

reason:

1, remote open failure
2. there were 52 files, i only finish update to 51 files which means there is missing files and i cant launch NF.

go for the nuclear option

install the full client. worked for me lol

Normally, when you relaunch Navyfield after failing the first time, it will automatically download the missing file for you.
If that doesn't work, i think downloading the full client is the best way to go :)
