I sortie many experts and no received any veteran in different sailors.

Then you're terrible at converting. Took all my guys from 100-130 to 170 today with no problems.

a. do after good games
b. after level ups
c. dont do more than 100-200 on one sailor at a time
d. don't burn anymore than 1000 per run on the entire crew

worked for me perfectly less then 350 exeprts for 60 vets from 100 to 120 vets per sailor .

tip dont do them 1 at a time do them 3-5 at low -mid lvl and 10 at high lvls

400experts to 70 vets, 84 repairer->130 to 200 vets its a very good number

I think the following statements tend to be true about rolling vets.

After a good game
After leveling up

I have had more success in rolling vets when these two things happen at the same time. It seems to be more then just simple coincidence.

It may be superstistion or blind luck to some, but my ratio is 5 to 1 on doing it this way.

imo, it is superstition.


On the topic at hand, I also found the 200% didnt seem as efficient as what I remembered. But its quite hard to prove.

Not in the formula for vet conversions, sorry, its just a coincidence and a superstition.
