alright i got my self a pair of 9/12 gunners im gonna keep them at hvy gunner and class them acc at like lvl 80 or 75 what do you think about this idea?

terrible.. you lose quite abit of crew growth by delaying and its gonna hurt your shot acc

Dude, if I rolled that sailor (which I already had), I'd use them to make an AA gunner. Delayed from Arm sailor (lvl12) up to what level I see fit (say level 100 or more).

As to your plan.. see

Level 1 ------- 9/12
Level 12 ----- 17/20 Arm Sailor
Level 22 ----- 21/20 Gunner
Level 42 ----- 29/10 Acc. Hvy Gunner <<<Level 42 ----- 11/28 Rld Hvy Gunner <<<

...classing at level 42 kills the growth of one ability, that it ultimately suffers from it. Staying at Gunner level does more good rather, but not that good enuf until you reach the higher 100+ levels.

Could you make yourself clearer please? What level are your sailors in now, and what classing had you already made?

If it's a 2nd pair and you don't really need to use them, class them at any time you feel like it.
If it's your main gunners and you aren't PLing them, I wouldn't delay them.

But tbh if I were delayed classing UK gunners it would be to improve their Repair, with acc or rel being a distant secondary objective, but never on gunners I was using as well ( unless for PHH).
