  • CA pe or bb2 gne?

bo is 67 or 68 and i used the remodel for scharn and didn't relly enjoy it all to much. i've bin just grinding along with pe cause i get more ex then i 'd get with the bb2 ...but is it really the best idea/way 2 get bismark?

what setup are you using in the Gneisenau? and what lvl are your crew and how good are they (vets, boosted)? What exactly don't you like about it?

both gunners 70, bo 68, engy1 56, engy2 and 3 49, boosted(littlemetal thingy) repair1 65 and repair2 boosted 35(working progress) all on the pe atm i'm working up a scout and soon be working on more repair and/or engy guys

You need to try and catch up some of your supports to your BO. The higher your supports are the better they will perform. Bridge Operators and Armament sailors get 120% exp where your other supports are getting 100%. That means your supports will slowly fall behind which can add up after a while. I would suggest starting another BO for that nation and leveling your supports on there as well as maybe a pair of AA gunners or something. Good luck. :)

i hav another line going. the AA i'm leveling for cash because ii don't wanna take part in that so instead i'ma use normal gunners for HH for dem pesky subs :l lol plus theres no game restrictions on weather a bb has aa or not....some ppl may want that but i'm just playing to enjoy the game and play how i'd like to, i know afew ppl will get butt hurt about that but that's there problem lol

yeah thats good advice, stick with PE until your supports catch up then you will start to enjoy Gneisenau more. It is very fast if speedcapped (i'm told).

in general it is good to play a ship similar to your lowest lvl support, not the highest that your BO can use. I had trouble on my IJN grind because of low lvl supports and I really did not enjoy the BB2 Fuso at level, because my supports were only really good enough for BB1.

ya but i don't wanna use the bb1 or 2.... i pretty well just wanna flat line my sailors(hav somewhat same level) then put them on pe cause as i played with pe and gne i took note 2 how much the minimal att would be for a good amount of xp was like 10k att for 25k xp but that's if i didn't get sunk and if the team won now with pe i could hav at the least 1k and still get 16k+ but with all the annoying/dickish bbs that kill off the little ship such as ff-ca so that the other team can't take them out so the bb can just worry about the other teams bbs liike i go along the line waiting for say a cl and as i rush up 2 try and get it in range a bb from say the northern part will ghost the guy and not leave it 2 me or other small ship

wait you are using the PE to hunt BBs? hmm.. guess that's acceptable if you have the 11" single guns fitted. I thought you were AA-ing. did you try that?

also, what guns did you use on the Gneisenau? if you use the 11" tripples, second set L, you will have the best range of any BB2, better range actually than all BB3s and some BB4s. You're playing KM so range must be your thing. If you are using the 15" twins you will have much less range and this will mean you get shot more often. Maybe that's why you dont enjoy Gneisenau?

lol noo i use my pe 2 help bb... i putt along the line and try and pick what ever comes into range of me so that the nearest bb doesn't hav 2 worry about it and can worry about dealing with the enemy bbs. i use the 5.9 trips for the reason it has a faster rate of fire and i get a good tight block but with the 8" the reloads alittle longer with makes the dps less soo ya lol. aa i've tryed and don't like at all same with the manu aiming.... don't any1 go and get all butt hurt about it.... i enjoy the auto more and that's how i'ma play don't like it well 2 bad. for gnei ii think i used the 14.96"/52 SK C/34 lvl 70 gunners. it's not that i didn't enjoy the ship.... it's just i needed 10K+ att for 15k+ xp when with pe anything over 1k att would give my roughly 15+ xp

for your supports, i suggest going back to d land or get a moltke since you got a 3 lvl 49 that will only get 88% on PE2

yeah, but for KM, aa is a must, and besides there is more benefit from aaing than PHHing (credits, experts and xp)

ya i hav a line for that already i'm trying 2 get the support crew up to about 65-68. i'm playing as i want to i am enjoying it and if my ships not having AA bug u or anybody else then i'm sorry.... get over it. i don't wanna beforced to play a certin way because then that would probley kill the game for me lol and it's not phh i use just the norm i save the phh for my cv.
