i dont know if this has been asked before but basicly based on my cv's seaman its ability stopped growing when it was classed to seaman so will then late classing it so it gets a higher ability make it better ?

My understanding is the Seaman stats are broken visually no? ie. when they level up you see their true values.

this is my km seaman

seems that the + is broken too i do beleave my seaman was +12 or +11

Mine too. Plus you gain more crew if you class ontime.
