I am one of those NF players who has more access to the website than the game. 
I find it frustrating that I can't view the specs of my sailors in the game. SDE should add a feature to the accounts where you can view your sailor, their level, how much XP they have, and be able to add/convert experts, veterans, or recruits.

I think he means view from he site itself not from the game. What you can do is take SS's of each sailor and make a personal chart on a word document stating key bases and levels. It helps kill the time while at school listening to professors babble on about properties of space matter.
