i'd say go for kaiser, during the merge of the 4 servers the newest one with the lowest lvl players went to kaiser.

This was a while ago so they've grown as well, but still its better to fit in with "smaller crowd" imo.

Nabby - The master race of NF players. Obviously the server is named after the best BB6 in the game.
Kaiser - Home of the cancer that is killing NF. Named after the worst BB6 in the game.

Simple really.

And not to pierce your bubble, Nebby's population division is prolly quite similar to Kaiser. They do have that % of vet player that is higher than kaiser, but they also have a massive % of just as noob players. Maybe even worse from what I read on the forum sometimes.

This should help them decide:

Server activity at 11pm server time:

On Nebraska: 4 GB1s, 3 blitz and 1 Select Mode present in the battle area.

On Kaiser: 1 GB1 and 1 Blitz present in the battle area.

However, if you look at event time, you would sometimes not be able to log onto nf in nebraska cuz the server reaches its maximum capacity, which could be quite frustrating.

Every time I borrow a BB5 on the Kaiser server, I easily score 400k attack farming food.

Nebraska server with my Nebby crew on Monty and average around 250k.

Kaiser still has way more noobs than Nebraska.

I'd choose Nebraska, Plenty of guys who have played 4-7 years now with plenty of examples to help you learn how to play the game.

The fact you got 400k in a GB in NY doesnt mean the server is retarded. My highest ever score came with Monty in a GB on AZ, in which i got 672k attack, by your reasoning, AZ is just fail.

Shouldnt I have better record, as well as stats per game in Kaiser since its the n00b server? No, they are about the same, you know why, because of what aingeal said, which I also said a long time ago. The only difference noticeable difference between the servers is population, Nebby has more skilled players because it has more players overall, it also has much, much more noobs.
