Hi,

After probably a month of playing NF as a KM and reaching almost level 60, I felt like changing to another nation to get the widest experience of the entire game. So the question here is simple.. Which nation should I go to? Ive been with KM all the time and never tried any other nations so far. So maybe a good contrast of the KM would be nice? I went on nf-guides.com but they dont have the full nations list so I cant really compare all the nations with KM. Any suggestions?

If you like guns, go Royal Navy (UK), they deal quite a bit more damage, but less range, then KM on the whole.

If you like torps, go Japanese (and then maybe go into Jap subs).

What did you like about your game play so far ?? ( what has gone well with your KM line ? )
did you have AA gunners? have you played a AA ship ??

Have you tried a CV or any interest in a CV ?? ( you can make more credits in a CV )

i found most nations hard at lower levels, and more rewarding at higher levels.

what ever you choose , play to that ship ( and nations ) strengths.

ive went both of these lines i would say go MN they got great BB1-2s decent BB3 nice BB4 and amazing BB5 i had no problem getting 150k+ everygame


if you wanna go SN go IJN kindof the same but IJN less broken atm the testing guys are working on the russians now so yea

For SN, pretty much that.

IJN gets a bit less range and punch, but the ship speed and AA more than make up for that imo.



@OP


You are a new player I take it, with about a month of experience mainly in blitz?

US or UK. US is the well balanced nation, showing you many different ship that do not play the same, UK is NF overall easy-button.

If you like to kill people go RN.
I you like to oneshot people from time to time go USN
If you like to wait ages for your shells to hit so your enemy can dodge then go IJN or SN.
If you like rushing then go MN because they have no range whatsoever.

That's right, but if you don't like the enemy fighters flying above you when your team's cv fail to support, stick on KM.

You should stick with KM for abit more. Level 60 is nothing and you havent experienced what KM can offer yet. Atleast play through to BB3 before you decide to try something else.

When you do move on though I found that IJN is everything I wanted from KM and more. Long range guns and AA, can carry alot of scouts, IJN BB is fast, and ontop of all that the damage is better. :D

Thanks guy for all the advices.

Probably I will just stick with KM for now until I get a Bismarck at least, after all starting from scratch is a bit boring and Ive came this far with KM already.
