Hi, I would like to propose a new payment system, called paysafecard, this system is a prepaid ticket with a series of numbers, more information on www.paysafecard.com thanks, this method is used on the European servers so there is no need the use of credit cards

yes, but with paypal you need credit card or money in the bank, but i don't havemoney in the bank.

You can link a bank account with paypal. Not sure if NF ask for a credit card backup tough. Also not sure if the service is available everywhere. But checking doesn't hurt I'd suppose.
