I am lvling a new sn crew and i was wondering if its worth having aa on sn ships. If anyone of the high lvl players could help me out on thiis one it would be great.

SN AA is meant to be suck as UK/USN.

But angus made them good, so don't whine if I nerf their AA and turns out to be crap.

Yeah, sn has decent AA, and your best choices are these guns.

5.1"/45 SD-2 - GA 32 degrees

3.9"/50 "Minizini" - GA 36 degrees

Most of the CLs and CAs have good T slots for these guns, on up to the PCA and BC1.

i dont find AA the best but its good if you use them right the 5.10s are like the UKs dual 5.25 good hitting power the minizini i find them kindof bad short range and really low damage


i use the T slots for extar reps cause i need more room for engys

I use the 5.1" SD-2 on all my BBs and they have a respectable reload rate and good damage imo, I used the Minizini previously but found the short range and low damage too much of a price for their superior rate of fire.

Used properly, the 5.1" AA actually has very good range, and can be a powerful tool.

wrong, GA is 30, but sometimes switch to 31 and if planes at normal altitude are at the longest reachable distance use angle 29.
the most usefull angles for SD-2 are:
GA - 30;
28, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18, 16;
14, 13, 12, 11, 9, 7, 6, 5 - for lowest plane's altitude.

i hope they dont get a reload buff. sn shouldnt have good aa.
btw richard/ljsevern/mm are the guys u can complain about but they do a awesome job balancing MN/SN.

btw testserver is open for everyone. use it. post your ideas. discuss it. see your results in next patch.
easy isnt it. i am looking forward to massive flamming when the huge balance patch gets released and people see thier OP content to become in line with the other stuff :D
