For a new MN BB crew what is better:  elite accuracy or elite reload gunners? I hear that MN accuracy/spread is not that great?

Of the 2 I would do reloaders, though rolled sailors with better repair stats are better ultimately .
If you're hardcore about your crew, elite repair as gunners.

why the heck would you do that? Thats probably the only thing on the ship that caps before accuracy or reload.

You could have wasted it on smt usefull.
Elite restorers as gunners rank at about the top for uselessness, repairers as gunners on the other hand are at the top for usefullness.

elite rld son if you got good acc with the lyon imo you got the best BB2 50k salvos if you get in range of a BB4+ and you catch em off guard know your angles etc hes as good as dead

if you want to eBVE your gunners, get elite reps. I'm serious, acc. and reload are easy to cap with boost+bve
