There are 3 EBBs per nation except MN (it has 2) and SN (no EBB yet).

Maryland uses the lvl80 mark 3 (at least I use it with that). They are the guns for the BB3.

I don't have all the EBBs to note what is the difference between all of them, you can find from EBB1 to EBB3 for most nations. EBB2 and 3 are remodels of existing ships in the line, so they share national traits which should give you hints on how they perform.

so those are trip 16s? mark 3 l's ast 45 or 50 cal mark 3 ds? what's your speed? how does the spread work out?

It uses Sodak gun, which mean horrible spread.

US Ebb3 wont be very good until you have good gunners.
the Sodak guns are decent at high levels but just not very forgiving for at-level gunners. (although you do get 12 shells on the maryland, which means you'll probably at least hit something)

yes, sodak guns are 16"s. But its the weakest set of the trip 16"s in USN (NC, iowa, montana all have heavier hitting shells)

maryland is good for GBs, but not so much in BB3 rooms, mainly because it goes 40 knots max.
NC is nice but the gun spread is pretty random too.

Maryland is good in GB for sneaking in and kill something really fast with the heavy firepower. But going at the front line 1v1-ing against a bigger BB, Sodak and NC are better in my opinion because of their speed (47knot sodak, 44 or 45 knot NC)

Again, none of the BB3 guns will have decent spread if your gunners are in the 80s, 90s (or even the 100s lol)

Something is wrong with your Maryland.



Mine does 24/40 with absolute crap engineers.

Also if your crazy, you can put the mark2 Ls on with almost the same range but 4 less shells per salvo and put deck armor on it lol (only suggest for a BB1-3 lol)

I would say the EBB1 NY is the most fun USN ebb. The extreme low angle guns and small size makes it like playing 7" DDx . Anyway as for USN EBBs v other nations, USN is outclassed by the IJN EBB3 and KM EBB2 and 3.
