No info on it yet. As morskoi said, when it comes, it comes.

I've read, from Angus I believe, that the PCL exists its just not in the game yet, cos it was too early in the existance of the SN as a playable nation. So it's coming, just not yet.

I'm not being impatient, just wondered if anyone knew anything about it....

Also, Sn is playable, just not balanced, that is a bad explanation as to why we have no pcl, but we do have a PCA.. which I am already out of, and the Seva.

Except for smaller hitboxes, no PCL has ever added anything to a Nation like a PCA/BB/CV did.
Quite the contrary almost all are actually worse than regular CL's.

All they really added was more $ for SDE and less from the saps that bought them.
As novelty/fun ships you can get some use out of them, but they aren't serious
