use Kaiman for BOTH.

Kai has a better +torp growth than hyper and classes sooner.

At that lvl, your torpers should be almost capped, so it really wouldn't matter which one you class it as.

yes but the topr launcher for hyper is pretty good for TW

Although it shows Hyper on the website, I remember it used to be that either Hyper or Kai could use the higher lvl torp launchers. Not sure if it's still the case.
