That depends on a few factors, really:

- you want this answer for GB or Blitz?

For Blitz (which I don't play because of the idiotic Hobbit War map), probably use Auto FCS XD

For GB:

- do you use gunners? (if not, take Finder FCS)

- if your gunners are AA capable, Aiming FCS (of course)

Largely depends on what your weaponry is but for an anti sub loadout use aiming if you know your angles, specially with PHH.. Otherwise theres no shame in using Auto FCS, because even your teammates will want you to put down that SS as fast as you can.

for hh's use auto if u dont know the angles for aa guns and regular guns use manual

You really didn't give enough information about your ship.

If you want to have AA to sweep enemy fighters off your deck so you can launch - aiming

If you want to have the ability to keep SS away from you while managing your planes - auto

If you don't have any weapon system at all and you want better sight range - finding

Unless youre using HH, dont use auto. EXP reduction.
