if you can afford to buy olives get the ebbs then you can buy a pbb anytime

im also aiming for ebb, someone told me to get ebb3, don't know the reason, maybe its better :D

Aha, kinda logically.
But the EBB1 and EBB2 aren't very diffrent in levels, but are quite diffrent in specifications. Anyone any experience with them? It think I go for EBB 2, since it's better than the EBB1 but isn't for higher level. But EBB1 can do Blitzes and EBB2 can't, while EBB2 is much better than EBB1.
I don't think ill be going for EBB3, that's so much higher level requirement, anyone any experience with dunkerque?

Hi - Here's my experience with PBB's and EBB's

PBB Dunkurque
- okay range, quad guns
- plays hit and run style, though only useful comparison is MN Ships or the RN Nelson
- Not too playable as AW - you need speed
- Be cautious with main Gunners b/c gun layouts

EBB1 Dreadnaught
- The First Battleship from which all 'modern' (meaning WWI and beyond) were measured against
- From what I've heard, a ship to have the "fun" factor with
- I cannot speak to it's capabilities, but the 12's have decent range, but poor damage compared with other BB's

EBB2 Resolution
- Great ship to level crew in
- Great damage output for level - can carry MIII 15's
- Can be played AW or SW (keep in mind that you will be slower anyway b/c of Revenge Base)
- Great for sneak attacks when possible
- small scout capacity

EBB3 Warspite
- My favourite b/c:
- Gun options - you can play with x4 Triple 16's for the almight punch combo; or play AW/SW with MIII 15's
- Better Scout capacity
- Better speed than EBB2
- perfect for the levelling between Repulse and Hood/Nelson

These are just my own experiences - others may have other thoughts too...
Overall, it depends on what you want to use it for - if for CV and SS, stick with EBB2 or PBB; if you need something to level between your BB's it will depend on which line you chose - PBB or EBB2 works well if you chose Revenge, otherwise EBB3 for Renown line (for maximum XP Rewards).

If you really want to have fun and the pleasure of saying you have it, the original EBB would be great too - just don't be too upset when it doesn't perform as well against other 'at-level' BB's.

Haven't played any of the EBBs, but I would go for EBB3. Simply because the multiple gun setups and goes either SW or AW. The Dunk can be very fun, a rushing ship, very aggressive play style. But as others said, you can get the PBB anytime.

Thank you! That was exactly were I was looking for. I was aiming for the revenge line, and I did the like the resolution already, so ill be taking that one. Maybe ill take that EBB3 next year. Thanks a lot!

Resolution is a strong ship. It's not a bad choice for the revenge line, and it's a godsend for the repulse line as it makes the grind on that side SO much easier.

Warspite ranks right up there with the best EBBs in the game. Once you mount the level 80 16" mk I L triples on it, it's vastly superior to anything else you can get at level. You can use it to bypass Nelson, Hood, KGV, and PoW if you want.

EBB1s cant/shouldnt be able to do blitz anymore
