  • Tier 5 Scout Ninja Nerf

Dear NF Community,

It is to my knowledge that the near-AAW immunity of the T5 scout no longer exists. I just placed my USN T5 scout at 30 altitude and 2 inches away from a Maryland, it goes shotdown. In another game, I put it at 45 altitude and 3 inches away from a HINDENBURG, down it goes once again.

SDE, care to explain about this ninja nerf?

There hasn't been a ninja nerf. AAW resistance is determined by pilot ability (In this case the scout), and AP Defence. Not sure why your T5 scout was by a PCV anyway, what with the awesome speed and sight range.

You have proof?

It is a fact that the AAW resistance is nerfed in SS5's. I wouldn't be suprised if they changed for other ships too.

Better question is why the Hindenburg was by my scout. My scout was in front of their BB line. Yes, that stuff happen here on Kaiser Server.

Tested in Test Mission, same thing happened.

The AP defence value is the same with the scouts. My scout has been AAW immune since i've been playing with it all week.

It is on the person making the claim to provide proof. I'm waiting for the proof for this "ninja nerf". That includes a video of your pilot, because you can just simply nerf all the sailors from a scout to do it.

I suggest you send a ticked with a recording of you comparing the same scout pilot on a different ship. That might clear things up. So far, It's more noticeable on the Surcouf, but yes, I also noticed that the T5 scouts tend to be slightly weaker and thought it was just me, untill I tested it on the surcouf.
