And yeah doesnt look like something changed for me either , done 200 experts to vets -20 conversions pre event on 3 sailors , and today "with" event , basically the results are pretty same if not worse :p

I just burned 11,000 experts and only got 20 vets. whats up with that?

I can confirm, it's on already, got vets from 0 to 70 without loses.
